The FSDH Women in Business Initiative (WIBI) is a platform dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs and professionals with the knowledge, resources, and networks they need to thrive. Through summits, coaching programmes, and clinics, WIBI creates opportunities for women to unlock their potential, scale their businesses, and make an impact in their industries.

About WIBI 5.0
This year, we celebrate a special milestone: five years of powering the female economy. The summit themed “Empowered: Celebrating a Woman in Motion and Five Years of Powering the Female Economy,” will spotlight the journeys, resilience, and influence of women who are breaking barriers and redefining success. The hybrid event is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 19th November 2025.
The summit will not only celebrate past achievements but also ignite conversations that push women toward even greater possibilities in business, leadership, and their careers.
